1. Service Description
QRGo provides tools to generate, manage, and track QR codes, including redirect links, dynamic QR codes, and related features. QRGo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use QRGo independently. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use QRGo with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. QRGo is not available to users under 13.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QRGo for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes, including but not limited to:
- Linking to malware, phishing, or other harmful content.
- Sharing illegal, hateful, or abusive material.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
- Overloading or attempting to interfere with QRGo’s systems.
Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and QR codes.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
5. Payment and Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are billed as stated during checkout.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- Refunds are provided only where required by law.

- QRGo, its logo, software, and all associated materials are owned by us.
- You retain ownership of the content you link to via QR codes.
- By using QRGo, you grant us a limited license to display, store, and process your QR codes for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Service Availability

- Issues caused by third-party services you link through QRGo.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
